Hi, I’m Carolina, a passionate advocate for mindful productivity!
I find joy in offering valuable insights and supporting individuals toward sustainable solutions for their unique challenges in the realms of clarity, productivity, and self-care. Oh, and I also love tea!
For a long time, I struggled with anxiety, sleep, and concentration issues that impacted my ability to focus and be productive. I felt overwhelmed and exhausted, and I was unable to find peace and clarity in my life. Over a decade, I tried different approaches with very little success.
With the help of mentors, books, transformational work, nutrition, and movement I was finally able to conquer those challenges and I learned a great deal about myself.
By becoming more aware of my thoughts and habits I could intentionally implement change, healing the root of anxiety and starting to design a more serene and joyful life!
As I gained an understanding of my strengths and weaknesses, I realized that developing my strengths was far more valuable than trying to "fix myself" to fit everywhere and excel at everything.
It was through consistent practice, establishing a sustainable routine, exercising self-care and self-discipline that I developed the ability to focus, became more aware of how my time and energy are spent and my overall well-being significantly improved!
Practice, practice, practice … The goal is not perfection but progress.
By restructuring and simplifying my life and routine I was able to accomplish more while doing (and stressing) less.
Having witnessed these amazing changes first-hand, I became even more fascinated by learning about our habits, beliefs, stress, the mind-body relationship, and the resources available to us to assist us in overcoming life’s challenges, as well as improving our lives.
Psychology, neuroscience, complementary medicine, and spirituality became great areas of interest to me.
