I'm Carolina, and it's my pleasure to have you here.
Today, I'm eager to share a little more about myself and my journey with you. I'm a firm believer that everything we experience in life shapes us into who we are today and that's why I'm excited to tell you how my personal experiences led me down the path of coaching.
Moreover, I'm thrilled to introduce you to Be Well - Simplify Life Coaching, a project that's close to my heart. Its main purpose is to assist you in regaining clarity so you can create a more balanced, productive, and joyful life.
So, get comfortable, and let's dive in together!
Since 2017, I've been living in France, and I love exploring the beautiful surroundings. I have a constant thirst for knowledge and enjoy researching, planning, organizing, and making things simpler.
Oh, and did I mention that I'm a proud “tea addict”? Guilty! 😊
Apart from my passion for tea, I also work as an engineer and a certified mindful productivity & strengths-based coach. I specialize in coaching individuals to achieve clarity, manage their time effectively, and foster personal growth.
For a long time, I struggled with anxiety, sleep, and concentration issues that impacted my ability to focus and be productive. I felt overwhelmed and exhausted, and I could not find peace and clarity in my life. I tried different approaches with very little success.
With the help of mentors, books, transformational work, nutrition, and movement, I finally conquered those challenges and learned a great deal about myself. By becoming more aware of my thoughts and habits I could intentionally implement change, healing the root of anxiety and starting to design a more serene and joyful life!
As I understood, accepted, and embraced my strengths and weaknesses, I realized that developing my strengths, talents, and gifts was far more valuable than trying to "fix myself" and excel at everything.

It was through consistent practice, establishing a sustainable routine, and exercising self-care and self-discipline that I developed the ability to focus, became more aware of how my time and energy are spent and my overall well-being significantly improved!
There is no “quick fix”. It is a daily practice. And the goal is progress, not perfection.
By restructuring and simplifying my life and routine I was able to accomplish more while doing (and stressing) less.
Having witnessed these amazing changes first-hand, I became even more fascinated by learning about our habits, beliefs, stress, the mind-body relationship, and the resources available to us to assist us in overcoming life’s challenges, as well as improving our lives. Psychology, neuroscience, complementary medicine, and spirituality became great areas of interest to me.
All these experiences in combination with my innate talent for organizing and planning led me down the path of life coaching, where I can help individuals prioritize what truly matters to them. I also empower my clients with practical tools and an understanding of the mind mechanisms. By doing so, they can better self-regulate, reduce stress, increase focus and productivity, and use their strengths to their advantage.
I am also a partner, a daughter, a friend and a “mother of kitties”. Spending time in the sun, snorkeling, and enjoying fresh papaya are some of my favorite things to do.
Being an introvert, I understand the importance of taking time for myself to recharge and prioritize my well-being. I enjoy spending time in nature and indulging in my favorite pastimes, like reading and watching crime shows, all while sipping on a hot cup of tea.
For over a decade, I've been helping friends manage their schedules and sharing tips on how to increase clarity, focus, and productivity. The techniques I share are ones I personally use and have found to be effective.
To be productive, not just busy, is the goal.
Inspired by their success, I decided to pursue formal education in life coaching to learn more ways to assist people in organizing their lives in a way that aligns with their goals and values. So, I became a certified Holistic Life Coach specializing in mindful productivity & strengths-based coaching started this project: Be Well – Simplify Life Coaching, in 2022.
